Zoning
Zoning needs to allow development of residential units even if such a unit is a farmhouse in an agricultural zone.

Utilities
It is preferred that the site has access to utilities with basic infrastructure available.

Acreage / Subdivision
Many sites submitted to us have been subdivided already but this is not a requirement. The size of the lot can be approved on a case by case situation, although we prefer to develop at least 50 homes per project.
